I had very comfortable time here, favourable and marvellous location!
It was clean room with central heating, an individual safe, and television. Location: the hotel was close enough to Lotte World theme park--nice for kids, and subway stations. Stayed for 1 day and didn't want to leave, I would come here again.

Nice good basic place, it has favourable and great location just off Lotte shoppping mall and Lotte World theme park--nice for kids, Lotte World theme park and the downtown. It has clean rooms. The view of the Seoul 1988 Olympic park is exceptionally good...

We loved the incredible and diverse buffet breakfast with omelet station, salad station, hot foods, dessert/fruit station, and espresso machine. The location was amazing for accessing Olympic parks, Lotte world and the hotel staff were very helpful with maps and directions.
Nothing we didn't like to be fair.

The view from my room was impressive, and the newly renovated bathroom was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with a variety of hot meals, including bulgogi and smoked salmon. The location was convenient, as it was close to a hospital and a park.
Despite the sub-zero temperatures outside, the room thermostat was set to 26.5 degrees Celsius, making it too hot. The staff were unsympathetic and unapproachable when I complained about it, and the hotel's facilities were old and barely functioning.

The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety. The location was convenient for our romantic getaway as we were able to walk to nearby attractions. the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs.
The air conditioning in our room was outdated and struggled to keep the temperature comfortable during the hot weather. we were disappointed that the toiletries were not fully stocked and that some of the amenities, such as the slippers, appeared worn.

Located by a famous park, this hotel is a great choice if you want to be close to downtown. The hotel has a friendly staff, comfortable beds, and a lovely breakfast buffet. The gym is Olympic-grade, the room has a charging dock for phones, and the view is of Lotte Tower.
